FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS : STAGING

How long does staging install take?

While it depends on the home, location and what all is being staged, 1 full day is always required for staging services.

How soon can you stage?

This fully depends on our current schedule. Please inquire with each staging request.

Can homeowners, realtors, construction workers, cleaners and such be on site while staging takes place?

Absolutely not. For insurance liability purposes, GroundSwell and its’ employees are the only ones who can be on site during staging.

How long does the furniture stay?

Our price includes install, removal and staging for UP to 60 days. Month to Month extensions can be requested if needed.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing is just as unique as each home. We do not have a flat rate. Pricing depends on what all is needed.

How can I get a price on staging?

Submit an old listing link, photos or a video walk through of the space along with the exact rooms in need of staging to GroundSwellDesignCo@gmail.com.

Do you come tour each home before giving a quote?

We do not. We are busy staging homes so do not have the time to drive around for quotes! The best way to receive a quote is by submitting the requested link, photos or videos.

Can we collaborate on the design and do I get to pick the furniture?

GroundSwell Design in its’ sole and absolute discretion will determine the design, selection and placement of all items. We are experts in our field and know what potential homebuyers like to see. This is not a design project that is meant to fit your personal taste.

When is a home considered ready for staging?

When all major work has been completed, all finishing work has been completed, all exterior work has been completed, all waste has been removed or stored away, after the home has been meticulously cleaned (professionally preferred) and is photo-ready and when the driveway is completely clear of dumpsters, yard debris and anything else that may prevent GSD from parking the trailor in the driveway.
